    It used to be when an aux route hit 39 hours it was converted to a regular route. Recently there was a memorandum of understanding between the post office and the RLC union. The memorandum states that aux routes will not be converted to regular routes they will be used as buffer routes for implementation of FSS flats also called DPS flats.
